• 天赦日, ten-sha-nichi (the day when Kami forgives all sins)

一粒万倍日, ichi-ryuu-man-bai-bi means “one grain of chaff will bear ten thousand times as much rice and become a fine ear of rice”. Therefore, this day is considered a good day to start anything. 一粒万倍日, ichi-ryuu-man-bai-bi is determined by the cycle of the 24 solar terms and the 12 signs of the oriental zodiac. 2 of the 12 zodiac signs fall on these days, which means that they occur approximately once every 6 days, making 5 days a month or 60 days a year.

Two zodiac signs are chosen as auspicious days for each of the 24 periods of the solar terms, and since two are chosen from among the 12 zodiac signs, two days in 12 days, or once every six days, are auspicious days. Like the 一粒万倍日, ichi-ryuu-man-bai-bi, it is also a good lucky day to start a new job, open a business, purchase or start using a wallet, get married, register a marriage, or betrothal gift.

• As usual. About half of my friends did nothing special.
